Making an Example of the "Hey, Coalition Partners Go F _ _ K Yourselves"

Parliamentarian, National Security  Expert and Lawyer Derek Lee

It happened again!  And within the space of one week.  Another lawyer elected to Parliament replicated what caused the Triggering Event that led to the creation of the Custodian-in-Council – the Trudeauesque middle finger salute – to send a message to the coalition they ought to stay out of Canadian and Chinese affairs and can't do anything about it.

It’s now a rhetorical question ‘what will it take for senior lawyers in the largest firms, provincial law societies, the Canadian Bar Association and their memberships’ overlords – Canada’s chief and associate chief justices and judges – to come to their senses that it will never again be ‘business as usual’?’.  Behaving both with arrogant belligerence and pubescently only makes the coalition more incensed and generates more evidence to justify covert regime change and haling their pathetic butts into the ‘Iron Fist’ tribunal system where they’ll be sentenced to prison for what will be or seem like an eternity.

In the face of promise-to-follow-through threats of purging the administration of justice lawyers in Parliament continue to behave as if they can’t be held to account… ever!  You’ve heard of the ‘Internet bubble’?  Now we’ve got the ‘governance bubble’.  The first one popped in 2000 and led to suffering and catastrophic financial loss.  But most who were in the market survived and recovered.  The second bubble will also pop, but its participants won’t survive. Instead they’ll suffer and experience catastrophic loss for decades and in some instances life.

On November 19, 2009 lawyer Bob Dechert stuck a bellicose middle finger in the collective eye of the global coalition.   And on November 26th, it was lawyer Derek Lee.   Right after Question Period the chair heard his motion on a point of privilege condemning a flyer Conservatives mailed out.

MPs call on House to set new limits on 'slanderous' political flyers

MPs spent $10-million on partisan political flyers last year.

November 23, 2009

MPs, who spent $10-million on partisan political flyers last year, say the pamphlets are getting increasingly vicious and are calling on the Commons Board of Internal Economy to set new rules.

Conservative MPs, who were accused of reaching a new political low last week for sending 'Ten-per-centers' into large Liberal Jewish ridings characterizing Liberal MPs as anti-Semitic ...

When MP Lee was signalled he was in the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy he immediately began using lexiconically significance gestures; and as time went on he became emboldened.

As he rambled on about the flyer and its anti-Semitic content he reflected on how he was asked by the Custodian Chief through his Executive Assistant in October 2008 for advice and direction relating to the launch of the RCMP’s Security of Information Act investigation.  Specifically he wanted to know to whom he could make disclosure since there was a national security designation attached to the matter.  Several attempts were made but not a single reply was forthcoming.

Why was he contacted in particular?  He’d been on Parliament’s national security committee, most of the time as Chairman, since the early 1990s.  Who better qualified than he with his specialized knowledge and a lawyer to answer the question or best situated to find out?

Member, Special Committee on the Review of the CSIS Act and the Security Offences Act  (1989.04.03 - 1991.05.12)

Vice Chair, Subcommittee on National Security of the Standing Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs  (1991.05.13 - 1993.09.08)

Chairman, Subcommittee on National Security of the Standing Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs  (1994.01.17 - 1996.02.02)

Chairman, Subcommittee on National Security of the Standing Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs (1996.02.27 - 1997.04.27

Chairman, Subcommittee on National Security of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights  (2002.09.30 - 2003.11.12)

At 4:06 p.m. ET MP Lee raised his right hand and with his middle finger scratched his nose – in lexiconic terms a Powell-Clooney Maneuver.  The topic was anti-Semitism and thus his Trudeauesque arrogance articulated a full and unmitigated endorsement for the institutionalization and militarization of perpetual human experimentation and the proliferation of stealth cognition technologies.

What’s to be also noted is the fact that MP Dechert is a Conservative and MP Lee is a Liberal – more evidence of the trans-political nature of systemic corruption, criminality and human rights violations and China de facto governance and militarization.
